"My husband and I contacted Apple Aire after Xcel Energy came out and red-tagged our year-old furnace last fall (2009). It was a Sunday when I called and Todd came out right away to look at the problem. We ended up having to have the year-old furnace completely replaced. Todd was very patient and explained very clearly what the problems were that necessitated the furnace replacement and went over all the options. We really appreciated his willingness to answer our questions and never felt as though he was trying to "up sell" us, or pressure us in any way. Apple Aire also went above and beyond by providing us with a letter indicating the problems and code violations that they found so that we might be able to recoup some of our losses from the first furnace. It is rare to find a company that not only does superior work and has great integrity, but that also truly seems to care about their customers. We will never work with anyone but Apple Aire and would wholeheartedly and enthusiastically recommend them to anyone. "
